GACC: China’s Import And Export Value Of Foreign Trade Up By 7.9% YoY In Jan-Apr

The latest data released by the General Administration of Customs of China on May 9 showed that in the first fourth months of 2022, China’s total import and export value of foreign trade was RMB12.58 trillion (USD1.88 trillion), an increase of 7.9% YoY. In specific, the export value was RMB6.97 trillion (USD1.04 trillion), up by 10.3% YoY, and the import value was RMB5.61 trillion (USD0.84 trillion), up by 5% YoY. The trade surplus recorded RMB1.36 trillion (USD0.2 trillion), rising by 39.2% year on year.
