Vanadium Resources (VR8) has dual listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (DAX), under the ticker code TR3.
The Frankfurt listing is expected to enlarge Vanadium Resources’ investor reach and increase its exposure to European markets, which are specifically complimentary given Vanadium’s global strategy.
The listing will also play a big role in the storage of renewable energy with Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB).
“With increasing awareness of Vanadium’s demand, both as a strategic metal and its use in the storage of renewable energy … to provide the company exposure to the European Investment community,” Executive Chairman Jurie Wessels said.
The company joins a growing list of ASX listed Vanadium companies that have been dual listed on the DAX, which is one of Europe’s biggest stock exchange with more than half of the total trades conducted through investors in countries outside of Germany.
“Europe is a driving force behind the push for green metals and renewable energy, so investors are well informed on how Vanadium will play its part in this new green era,” Mr Wessels added.
To assist in promotional marketing aimed at generating company awareness, Vanadium Resources has engaged with a very well known investor relations group in Germany, Dr Reuter Investor Relations.
Dr Reuter Investor Relations has an unique IR-Program, tailored to the Needs of Small & MicroCap Companies, assisting in supporting companies to attract important target groups.
