The V2O5 Flake Price Is Slightly Loosened, And The Alloy Is Firm And Stable

www.ferroalloynet.com: This week, the domestic vanadium product market was mainly stable, and the quotations of individual products were slightly loosened. On the raw material side, holders are reluctant to sell and maintain a stable and bullish expectation for the short-term market. Therefore, the quotation of V2O5 flake is generally stable. However, as the enthusiasm of downstream alloy factories for V2O5 flake inquiries weakens, they are reluctant to purchase at a high level, and their mentality is relatively firm, so downstream and upstream players are in a state of stalemate, some V2O5 flake manufacturers sold at small price reductions, and their quotations were lowered by 500-1000 CNY/Ton, and the actual transaction price was 131,500-132,000 CNY/Ton in cash. As of Friday, most vanadium-nitrogen alloy plants intend to purchase V2O5 flake at a cash price of 130,000-131,000 CNY/Ton. The procurement is difficult, and wait-and-see. The high-level transactions of ammonium metavanadate decreased, and the mainstream transactions were mostly in cash of 123,000-124,000 CNY/Ton.

Alloy transactions this week are dominated by steel bidding. Although steel mills intend to lower prices for purchases, under the premise of large purchases, it is difficult to unify low-level purchases. Alloy plants have a clear attitude to uphold prices. Vanadium-nitrogen alloy bidding price is 198,000- 201,000 CNY/Ton (by acceptance with tax), ferrovanadium50 bidding price is  142,000-147,000 CNY/Ton (by acceptance with tax). The high level of ferrovanadium can reach 150,000 CNY/Ton (by acceptance with tax), but the transaction volume is relatively small. In the scattered spot market, transactions were weak, and traders’ target purchase prices was low. Although manufacturers intended to ship goods, they were still reluctant to sell at low prices, so the transaction is weak, V2O5 flake price remains high and stable, the vanadium-nitrogen rises weakly, and the market outlook is uncertain, the vanadium-nitrogen plants show signs of production reduction and insulation.
