The US Senate and House of representatives have each issued letters to the Honorable Pete Hegseth, US Secretary of Defense, asking for immediate DLA purchases of 1 year of supply of vanadium, a critical mineral necessary for numerous important defense and industrial applications, which would prefer to proivde a response to these requests by July 1, 2025.
