Drilling has kicked-off at Critical Minerals Group’s flagship Lindfield vanadium project in north-west Queensland to source large-diameter core samples to feed metallurgical studies and pilot-scale testing.
The company will collect 20 new 100mm-diameter cores as it rides momentum created by encouraging metallurgy results last month that may help to upgrade its existing resource of 363 million tonnes at 0.43 per cent vanadium pentoxide and 4.8 per cent aluminium oxide.
