According to the Global Trade Update issued by United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) on December 13, the global trade value will reach a record level of about USD32 trillion by 2022. The total trade in goods will be approximately USD25 trillion, up by about 10% from 2021, and the total trade in services will be around USD7 trillion, up by about 15% from 2021.
