Temas Resources Corp. (the “Company” or “Temas Resources”, CSE: TMAS, OTCQB: TMASF), a publicly traded company focused on the advancement of mineral independence within stable, mining-friendly jurisdictions, announced today that it has closed a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of 300,000 common shares at a price of $0.716 per common share. The Private Placement constituted an initial drawdown of the $5 million equity investment facility with Crescita Capital LLC (the “Equity Investment Facility”).
