BEIJING (Asian Metal) 30 Jun 20 – According to statistics from Asian Metal Database, Chinese vanadium pentoxide flake producers’ operating rate reached 52.65% in May 2020, up by 0.9% compared with 52.2% in April 2020 and up by 5.1% compared with 50.08% in May 2019.

According to the following graph, in May, the operating rate of vanadium pentoxide flake producers in Shaanxi, Hunan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Henan, Liaoning and Hebei was 36.67%, 56.73%, 55.65%, 85.53%, 50%, 56.56% and 39.19% respectively. In particular, the figures in Shaanxi, Liaoning and Hebei suffered declines MOM while the figures in Hunan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang and Henan saw increases MOM.
