BEIJING (Asian Metal) 22 May 20 – According to statistics from Asian Metal Database, Chinese vanadium pentoxide flake producers’ inventory to production ratio reached 37.49% in April 2020, down by 2.0% compared with 38.27% in March 2020 but up by 2.5 times compared with 10.63% in April 2019.
According to the following graph, in April, the inventory to production ratio of vanadium pentoxide flake producers in Shaanxi, Hunan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Henan, Liaoning and Hebei was 66.67%, 57.14%, 27.57%, 92.98%, 50%, 45% and 37.5% respectively. In particular, the figures in Heilongjiang and Hebei suffered declines while the figures in Shaanxi, Hunan, Sichuan and Liaoning saw increases MOM, but the figure in Henan remained unchanged MOM.
