BEIJING (Asian Metal) 6 May 20 – According to statistics from Asian Metal Database, Chinese vanadium pentoxide flake producers’ inventory to production ratio reached 38.27% in March 2020, up by 14.2% compared with 33.52% in February 2020 and up by 3.3 times compared with 8.84% in March 2019.

According to the following graph, in March, the inventory to production ratio of vanadium pentoxide flake producers in Shaanxi, Hunan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Henan, Liaoning and Hebei was 60%, 41.67%, 26.24%,94.64%, 50%, 36.67% and 55.75% respectively. In particular, the figures in Shaanxi and Liaoning suffered declines MOM while the figures in Hunan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang and Hebei saw increases MOM.
