Most of the enterprises that really brought back production concentrated in the second quarter, so the output of vanadium extraction from stone coal reached a high point in the second quarter. However, from the third quarter, especially from August to September, the environmental protection situation became more and more serious. Before National Day, some enterprises in Hunan, Hubei and Henan were shut down, and the output of vanadium extraction from stone coal declined seriously in September. On the other hand, since August, the vanadium price has continued to decline, and the market downturn has also greatly reduced the production enthusiasm of high-cost stone coal enterprises.
