BEIJING (Asian Metal) 21 Jun 19 – According to statistics from Asian Metal Database, Chinese vanadium pentoxide flake producers’ operating rate reached 47.25% in May 2019, down by 0.5% compared with 47.47% in April 2019 but up by 0.7% compared with 46.94% in May 2018.
According to the following graph, in May, the operating rate of vanadium pentoxide flake producers in Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Hunan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Henan, Liaoning and Hebei was 9.68%, 65%, 43.64%, 55.66%, 25.53%, 28.13%, 22.31% and 54.1% respectively. In particular, the figures in Jiangxi, Hunan and Henan suffered declines MOM while the figures in Shaanxi, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Liaoniang and Hebei saw increases MOM.
