According to Ministry of Commerce, China and the U.S. had a vice-ministerial level telephone communication on the morning of 4 January and confirmed that U.S. deputy trade representative will visit China on 7-8 January. Both parties will have positive and constructive discussions on implementing important China-U.S. consensus on trade, which was reached by China and U.S. leaders in Argentina.
