www.ferroalloynet.com:Ferrovanadium operating rate in October was decreased by 5.5%. With high prices of vanadium pentoxide flake, ferrovanadium manufacturers mostly don’t stockpile inventories. Some of them had small tonnages when the market weakened at the end of October.
