The consumption of Brazilian ferroniobium rose to 3,000 tons in July

www.ferroalloynet.com: Amid the supply tightness, vanadium-nitrogen prices have risen to 400000-420000 rmb/ton. Thus, some steel mills add the usage volume of ferroniobium in order to reduce the cost and some others adjust the manufacturing process to use ferroniobium. The average monthly consumption of Brazilian ferroniobium in the first half was about 1500-2000 tons, while that of ferro niobium rose to 3,000 tons in July, an increase of about 50% MoM.
