Prophecy Development Corp. (TSX:PCY, OTCQX:PRPCF, Forum) on Tuesday released results of a positive preliminary economic assessment study for its Gibellini vanadium project in Nevada’s Battle Mountain region, about 25 miles south of the town of Eureka.
